1.YOU MAY USE. I've put these bases up for you to use, you don't need to ask me to use them, if you want to use them, go ahead, no one's stopping you
2. YOU MAY FRAKENDOLL. I've just learnt the concept of frankendolling from reading descriptions and stuff, it's where you take a part of one base and put it on another. I'm okay with that, just make sure it's okay with the other person.
3. YOU MUST CREDIT ME. This is probably the biggest issue to base-makers, when the people using their bases just don't put who's base it is in the desciption. So, just like everyone else, put a "by angelwolfchris" or a link to the page or my profile, whichever is easier for you is fine, just as long as you CREDIT ME.
4. NO MAKING REAL MONKEY/CURRENCY! That includes selling it off of deviantart, people are paying you real money for it and you are making a profit, NOT OKAY!! If you sell it off of something such as gaiaonline I will tolerate, since you're not getting real money.
5. NO RESUBMITTING UNDER YOUR NAME! There's probably nothing as irritating as someone resubmitting your art under their name either on the same site or on another, i'm not doing it to you, so don't do it to me
6. Edit however you see you want, just credit me! You can edit basically any part of the bases, change the hair, eye, skin color, go over it with new lines, add tails and ears or whatever, but you still have to credit me, no matter how much you edit or alter it, YOU MUST CREDIT ME!!!!
7.(optional)Give me a link. When you're done, I want to see what you've made of it, give me a link on the profile, a note, on the page of the base, however you want, trust me, but if you didn't credit me, I'm not going to fav it, if you give proof that it is mine, I will favorite it under Work With My Bases, yes, I know, it's a long title, but it works.

Well, that's it, oh yeah, one more thing:
PS: If you're going to resize it, draw on it what you want first, THEN resize it, it makes coloring it a whole lot easier.
PSS: I normally trace my bases, so if I used your art and you don't want me to use it, tell me and show me which picture from your gallery it was. I'll remove the base as soon as possible.
